Detroit hardcore now getting a book too

The Motor City will join the ranks of towns with books dedicated to their punk histories this summer, as Revelation Records will publish Tony Rettman's oral history Why Be Something That You're Not - Detroit Hardcore '79 to '85. A bunch of websites have been set up with previews and other information on the project. Check out the book's Blog, Facebook page and Twitter feed along with a preview from the always reliabe Double Cross webzine.
